
Dispatch Operation Protocol
For Every Job Request
➜ Every job awarded will be confirmed via operations email or customer portal.
➜ Potential problems will be immediately recognized and brought to customers attention.
➜ Any specific detailed requirements will be highlighted and communicated to our driver.
➜ Customers will be notified when the driver arrives at the pickup location.
➜ Customer will be advised when shipment is on board.
➜ Before the driver departs, the customer will receive confirmation of correct pieces and weight.
➜ Driver will always confirm critical part numbers or purchase order numbers as required by customer.
➜ If there are any delays, consignee due to any reason, customers will be advised immediately.
➜ Specific update requirements by customer will not be ignored.
➜ Customers will be alerted as soon as the driver arrives on sight at the delivery point.
➜ If required, the driver will deliver to the exact department or to specific consignee.
➜ Driver will provide a signed and printed name of the consignee. The consignee’s title and/or department should also be provided.
➜ If a specific person or department is not available to sign, the driver will get permission from the customer before he leaves the shipment.
➜ If requested, customers can request a hard-copy of signed delivery as soon as the delivery is complete.
