➜ To work with Delivery Solutions as an Independent Contractor, you must be able to provide the following:

Certificate of Trade Name

▶ It is a simple procedure to obtain this certificate: Visit your town hall and ask for a ‘Certificate of Trade Name’ form. Complete this form, have it notarized and return it to your town hall to receive your official DBA (doing-business-as) trade name
